3. Payments & Refunds
- Fees are outlined in your contract. Late payments incur a 5% monthly interest.
- No refunds for completed work, but we’ll rectify errors at no extra cost if reported within 7 days.
4. Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to strategies, reports, and templates created for you.
- You own data/content you provide (e.g., ad creatives, logos).
5. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Losses due to third-party platforms (e.g., ad account bans).
- Delays caused by client-side inaction (e.g., late approvals).
6. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Unpaid fees remain due.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Respected & Hounered People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
8. Modifications & Amendments
Zerofic reserves the right to:
- Update these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any agency policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, website, or content at our sole discretion.
- Refuse service, remove/ban users, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or non-payment.
